Ingredients
- 2 tbsp fresh chamomile flowers or 2 tsp dried
- ½ crisp apple, thinly sliced
- 500 ml freshly boiled water
- 1 tsp honey, optional
- 1 lemon slice, optional
Method
- Add the chamomile and apple to a teapot.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water.
- Cover and infuse for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain and serve.
Ways to Enjoy It
Enjoy warm, or chill before serving. Add honey or lemon if desired. For a slightly sweeter drink, a splash of apple juice can be added when serving.

Chamomile contributes a soft apple-like aroma, complemented by slices of fresh apple. The result is a light apple chamomile tea with a delicate floral finish.
