Chamomile & Apple Infusion

A gentle floral infusion combining chamomile flowers with crisp apple and optional honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh chamomile flowers or 2 tsp dried
  • ½ crisp apple, thinly sliced
  • 500 ml freshly boiled water
  • 1 tsp honey, optional
  • 1 lemon slice, optional

Method

  1. Add the chamomile and apple to a teapot.
  2. Pour over the freshly boiled water.
  3. Cover and infuse for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Strain and serve.

Ways to Enjoy It

Enjoy warm, or chill before serving. Add honey or lemon if desired. For a slightly sweeter drink, a splash of apple juice can be added when serving.

Plant Notes

Chamomile contributes a soft apple-like aroma, complemented by slices of fresh apple. The result is a light apple chamomile tea with a delicate floral finish.
