🌿 When Will I Receive My Herbs?
From late March through to autumn, our herbs are available for immediate dispatch, subject to availability. All plants are grown and prepared with care, and we dispatch fresh potted herbs Monday to Wednesday only. This helps us ensure your herbs arrive in the best possible condition and avoids parcels being delayed in postal depots over the weekend.
We aim to dispatch all fresh herb orders as quickly as possible and within seven working days:

Orders placed Thursday–Sunday are usually dispatched the following Monday–Wednesday

Orders placed Monday–Tuesday are normally dispatched by Wednesday of the same week
Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Bank Holiday Mondays. During Bank Holiday weeks, there may be a slight delay, and we kindly ask for your patience.
