Ways to Enjoy It

Herbes de Provence Ingredients

This Provençal-style blend balances thyme, rosemary, summer savory and oregano. Culinary lavender adds a floral note but is optional. Some herbes de Provence mixes also include basil, parsley, chervil or sage, but this version keeps to the same herbs for a simple, well-rounded mixture of dried herbs. If you like, you can adjust the balance slightly and keep the proportions close to the classic rosemary, thyme, oregano base.

Important Information

Use fully dried, correctly identified culinary herbs. Discard the blend if it develops moisture, mould or an unusual smell.
